Participants are developed through coaching, sponsored study and special strategic projects to prepare them for leadership roles in future.
Employees can apply for Objective Boomerang and spend three months in a different role or team to gain valuable exposure.
We provide access to a massive open online course website with courses taught by industry experts. There’s also a variety of different ways that we can support your further study.
But what we really strive for, is to build solutions for future customer needs: essentially providing answers to problems they didn't even know they had yet.
These 'answers' can be anything from a small feature (that has a big impact) to an end-to-end solution addressing a specific business problem. The desire to find and build this for our customers is the goal that keeps our fire burning.
20% of our annual recurring revenue is put back into R&D. Time is invested for focus on quality and testing. Every second Friday afternoon is set aside for engineers to work on their own ideas.
