IQ launch signals a new era for Objective RegWorks
Objective RegWorks V6 is delighting users with a new look and feel. Intuitive navigation, enhanced iconography, a new colour palette and improved visibility of controls provide a highly interactive user experience.
Objective IQ is used across our suite of products for digital government. Our specialist design team have ensured a consistent, modern experience that empowers end users, drives greater user adoption and satisfaction and is designed with accessibility in mind.
Gateway, the customer-facing portal that integrates with Objective RegWorks, also follows the IQ user interface design, creating a uniform suite for Objective RegWorks users.
A fresh, new look for Objective RegWorks
Find relevant information sooner with fewer clicks, less clutter and improved scanability. Using Objective RegWorks on a range of devices you'll notice improved screen size responsiveness for a better user experience. In addition, it's easier on the eyes with light theming, colour usage, iconography, font sizes and improved consistency. Objective RegWorks now provides users with a familiar and comfortable experience through navigation designed to mimic well-known day-to-day applications.
We've made it easier for people with vision difficulties too (and everyone else!). By reducing eye strain, it's easier to identify different components, and we've improved interactive elements to make it easier to focus on specific information.
Objective IQ is an intuitive refresh of the Objective RegWorks user experience so there's no need for training to embrace the new design and gain improvements to productivity. IQ is available to all existing and new customers of Objective RegWorks.
Introducing RegWorks Gateway (formally known as RegWorks Customer Portal)
RegWorks Gateway extends Objective RegWorks to the public domain to deliver an end-to-end customer-centric digital portal for your regulatory workflows.
Offering secure access to customer-specific details such as applications, licences, enquiries and messages, Gateway helps improve operational efficiency with direct data capture of information from the customer. Information feeds directly into existing systems, creating automatic workflows ready for processing on your team's dashboards. But the best part is the two-way information flow that Gateway offers, enabling government agencies and the public to communicate effectively.
Additionally, Gateway enables registered representatives to collaborate and submit forms on behalf of a regulated body. So that all representatives have the relevant information when acting on behalf of that organisation; supporting government to more effectively work with regulated industries.
RegWorks Gateway has the IQ look and feel and pairs seamlessly with Objective RegWorks. When used together you can transform the way you engage with customers with a truly end-to-end digital experience.
