A warm welcome to the new Wollongong Objective family

Employees arrived to a re-styled office and celebration as Itree officially became Objective

On Monday 30 November 2020, the former Itree Wollongong office officially became the fourth Objective world-class development centre. From the office chairs to new signage, staff were presented with a different look and feel to their working environment.

The Wollongong office now has a re-designed reception and break out room, as well as new office plants and chairs. Objective wall art is displayed throughout the office, as well as signage presenting product logos and work values.

Upon arrival to the re-branded office, each team member received welcome packs including a Tetris-inspired Objective T-shirt, Objective water bottle and chocolate. There was a heightened vibe in the air as people put on their T-shirts and got into mood. Objective branded balloons decorated the office and Objective branded cupcakes were available during tea.

Before a catered lunch, former Itree CEO and Global VP, RegTech Solutions at Objective, Ben Hobby and Objective CEO Tony Walls gave a presentation to staff.

“Today marks a historic milestone in the journey from one brand to the next. Arriving this morning and seeing what’s physically on the walls, what’s on our website and even the way our customers have so quickly responded, is just phenomenal. It is a great marker for all of us to reflect on, be a part of the moment and to recognise the great accomplishments that are behind us. The best news is, our most outstanding achievements are still ahead of us,” remarked Ben Hobby.

“Our rebranding is not about the Itree brand disappearing. It’s really about going forward, embracing all the things that a larger team is capable of achieving together,” remarked Tony Walls, CEO of Objective. “Today is really a celebration of the end of the beginning.”

“Integration is such an important thing to do and it is so important that we get it right. The brief to the wider team was that we are going to walk a mile in each other’s shoes, because that is the only way you are going to get the right perspective. That applies to customers and what we do in life. You’ve got to be able to walk a mile in each other’s shoes.“

In addition to the new look and feel to the Wollongong office, Itree’s flagship products, RegWorks and Reach have now become a part of Objective’s RegTech suite of products – rebranded as Objective RegWorks and Objective Reach on the Objective website where all important information and content can still be found, now refreshed with the Objective brand design.
