In this day and age its simply not enough to maintain software - customers want constant access to the latest technology and proactive support services. Our program not only provides industry leading support but also access to future versions of licenced software releases, at no additional licence cost.
Support
Customers who subscribe to our Upgrade and Support Program (USP) have access to our on-line and telephone hotline support centre. Every contact to our Customer Support Centre is registered in our support system and whether resolved through user re-education, configuration changes or software changes each contact is managed through to a mutually agreed conclusion.
Naming our help desk the Customer Support Centre was no accident. Our philosophy is not to simply provide product support, but to provide Customer Support. This means that our support staff are not only interested in what may be wrong with our software, they're interested in what may be wrong with your business solution. Importantly before any implementation goes live the support centre is trained in the specifics of each site to ensure they understand your problem, in your context when you call.
Our on-line support environment also acts as a knowledge base for our customers and their problem resolutions. The participants in our User Group also can also use it as an on-line meeting place to share and leverage from their own experiences. Access to downloadable software updates will also be provided in the near future.
Upgrade Protection
Subscribers to USP also have access to our latest software. We invest substantially in Research and Development and we think it only proper that our existing customers, not just our new customers, reap the benefits of these enhancements. Our Upgrade and Support Program was designed to deliver this.
