Consulting Support Program
Consulting Support Program (CSP) offers our customers the chance to build on the relationship between the local consulting services representative(s) who has developed a significant appreciation for your solution and more importantly your business. In most cases, it is this consultant who manages the CSP agreement.
CSP provides you with a continual allowance of consulting resources for use as you see fit, whether for the incremental enhancement of existing implementations or for the expansion or upgrading of those systems. The use of this program also enables Objective Corporation to maintain a level of site awareness of your changing requirements and provide you with on-site (scheduled or ad-hoc) services and support.
Clients contracted to CSP have access to the following additional services:
- Regular and scheduled on-site support of their solution
Support services for Application Extensions
- Regular reporting and review of outstanding USP and CSP logged Customer Support Incidents (CSIs)
- Identification of specific Objective Corporation representative(s) to manage the USP and CSP agreement.
Each CSP agreement is tailored to specific customer needs.
