(EKM) software company, today announced a new contract to provide its
Objective solution to Great Southern Energy. Great Southern Energy sells and distributes energy services to more 200,000
residential and business customers. With the introduction of a competitive
national energy market the company's customer base is rapidly growing
beyond its traditional franchise area of southern NSW to encompass many
other areas of Australia. Great Southern Energy required a single software solution to manage the
corporate information and record keeping process throughout the organisation. The Objective solution was selected against competition from Australian
and International companies and will initially be deployed at Great Southern
Energy's Head Office in Queanbeyan NSW, before being expanded to support
the entire enterprise. Objective products continue to gain wide market acceptance as the knowledge
management system of choice in the corporate and government markets. The company's software is already licensed to several major Australian
corporate and government organisations including the Federal Department
of Defence, the Federal Attorney General's Department, Federal Department
of Transport & Regional Services, IP Australia, Delta Electricity
