Change of Chief Financial Officer

Leading enterprise content management company, Objective Corporation (ASX: OCL), today announced that Chief Financial Officer, Scott Brown has decided to resign from his position within the company.

Mr Brown has been CFO and Company Secretary since 2000 and a Director since 2001.

Mr Tony Walls, Chief Executive Officer, Objective Corporation, said: “On behalf of the Board I would like to sincerely thank Scott for the valuable contribution he has made in helping build Objective into a global software company.”

An active recruitment campaign is currently in progress. The company expects to announce a replacement CFO prior to Mr Brown’s departure at the end of January 2007.
