AGM - Clarification

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on 28 November 2001 at 9:30am. An Announcement earlier today incorrectly referred to this date as 21 November 2001.

Resolution 4 on the notice of Annual General Meeting deals with the issue of options to a director. If shareholders pass the resolution, then the options will be issued within one month of the date of the Annual General Meeting. Any funds raised by the exercise of the
options will be applied to the Company's working capital.
